He was by far the most pleasant person I had ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He was extremely informative and patient with me. I bought the E class sedan and fell in love with it. Since that time, I have purchased 3 more Mercedes and ask for Harry every single time. I feel comfortable with him and trust him completely. The staff is so friendly and I feel so comfortable when I walk in, the building is so clean, the service department is on top of everything, I just love going there. I have loved every one of my purchases but the one I recently purchased is unbelievable. Mercedes just keeps getting better and better. The GLC 300 is incredible. I absolutely love it. I was recently in an accident with my third Mercedes. A man fell asleep at the wheel and hit me from behind while I was stopped at a red light. He hit me going 40 mph. If you would see the pictures, you would want to be in a Mercedes too. This is the reason why I keep going back. Quality, strong, dependable and tons of great features. My vehicle arrived 7 months after it was ordered. Jeanne worked tirelessly to stay on top of the delays and try to help me get information. Without Jeanne and all of her efforts and attention (and an offer from MBUSA), I would have purchased another make of car in May/June. I very much appreciate Jeanne and the dealership for accommodating me for the inconveniences associated with the delays in the rollout of the 2020 GLE.
