Michelle made the initial call and set up a service for a time while I waited for the service. The sales manager, Chris Battaglia approved the visit and Anthony Angarano made it happen. When I got there at 10:55 AM for an 11 o'clock visit, I rode into the warm vehicle reception area and was promptly greeted. Anthony took me to his desk, wrote it up and told me Renee Bianco was in and would love to see me. I visited Renee; spoke about our car experience; had some coffee; thanked Chris for straightening out my service report. And at 12:10, my car was finished; inspected; washed and vacuumed. Yes, MB is expensive for service but sometimes you get what you pay for. More
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD SERVICE Sergio the service representative called my father to say the car was ready for pick up on 6/15/16. I went with my father to pick up the car and noticed the console was missing, there was a metal piece left in the right door and the area where the service person worked was extremely filthy. I took photos in disbelief. My dad spoke with Sergio to express how disappointed he was Sergio. Sergio stated the mechanics do not steal as if to imply my father made this up. I would not expect this type of service from Mercedes. More

Great Service Experience I was a bit bummed out about my car being damaged and Chris reassured me that my car would look brand new. Above and Beyond Hearing the name "Mercedes Benz" is quite intimidating for an average person trying to make her dream a reality. Going into the dealership I was very nervous and intimidated. But knowing and speaking with Nick Nasta made me feel at ease, and made me 99% close to realizing my dream. Being a woman going into the dealership alone, the fear of being fooled or pushed to offers, that may not be 100% you need is scary. But I made it clear that I'm tired taking 2nd best….Nick made that possible with Jason. Im very Thankful and very lucky to have Nick who never give up on me when i almost give up on my dream. More
WHEEL ALIGNMENT GONE AWRY. I BROUGHT IN MY 2009 SL 550 TO GET A FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WAS DRIVING FINE AT THE TIME I DELIVERED IT TO THE DEALERSHIP.... T I BROUGHT IN MY 2009 SL 550 TO GET A FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WAS DRIVING FINE AT THE TIME I DELIVERED IT TO THE DEALERSHIP.... THE CAR WAS DELIVERED BACK TO ME NICE AND CLEAN BUT COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MECHANICALLY... STEERING WHEEL WAS 90 DEGREES OFF CENTER , REAR WHEELS PULLING TO RIGHT WHILE FRONT WHEELS PULLING LEFT. A WARNING LIGHT COMES ON TELLING ME THE ESP IS NOT FUNCTIONAL ( THIS WARNING LIGHT NEVER CAME ON IN THE 6 YEARS THAT I OWNED THIS CAR - POSSIBLY SOME ELECTRONIC MODULE REMOVED ) I IMMEDIATELY MADE AN ABOUT TURN BACK TO COMPLAIN TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL IN ANYWAY ...I RESOLVED TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO M/BENZ MANHATTAN WHERE THE LAST SERVICE AND ALIGNMENT WAS DONE A YEAR AGO. AFTER HEARING SIMILAR COMPLAINTS OF POOR TECHNICAL SERTVICE FROM A GOOD FRIEND I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT SOME RACKET IS GOING ON AT THIS WORKSHOP.... YOU ARE WARNED ..... More
