I recently brought my car to Mercedes Benz if Newton, my heater was blowing cold air. Bill the service manager wanted to charge me $6000 to remove the dash to look further for the problem. This is absolutely Outrageous. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I will never step foot in this dealership AGAIN !!! More

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Mercedes-Benz of Newton. From the moment I stepped foot on their lot, I was met with a series of lies, miscommunication, and a c dissatisfaction with Mercedes-Benz of Newton. From the moment I stepped foot on their lot, I was met with a series of lies, miscommunication, and a complete disregard for my time. I was specifically interested in a GLC300 that was advertised on their website. After multiple phone calls and emails, I was assured that the vehicle was still available and ready for delivery. Despite this, I wasted valuable time driving to the dealership ready to purchase the vehicle, only to be informed that the car had been sold the previous day. Not only was I not informed of this prior to my visit, but the dealership also failed to keep me updated on the status of my inquiry or return my calls. This lack of communication and professionalism is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Mercedes-Benz of Newton to think twice. Their deceitful practices and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are appalling. I will be sure to warn others about my negative experience. More

This was an awful experience from beginning to end. The number given to buy the vehicle changes. It took over two hours to pick it up. I have called with questions with no return calls. Now the temp registration expires in two days and I have heard nothing. I called. I text. Finally after several calls someone said the plates are here, but you owe another $70. I guess I’m supposed to be a mind reader. I feel like I’m being blackmailed for more money. I will never buy a vehicle here again. My excitement for a new Mercedes has been destroyed. More

I have asked you to stop calling and sending me emails asking for my business again yet you still do. At this point you are harassing me. I would not nor would I recommend someone to your establishment after you tried to embarrass me then portray yourself as the good guys. I tried to keep this at the lowest level but of course the General Manager Cheryl Eichner couldn’t return phone calls to make things right. I am sorry to those who work with Mr. Keith DeYoung, and Mr.Bill Wall. But as a customer of Mercedes Benz USA I am asking this establishment to stop contacting me. Also to all future customers of this establishment I would go to Mercedes Benz of Morristown as they provide better customer service and respect to everyone and they know what they are doing. More
