Purchased a CPO Mercedes Benz from this dealer. Within the first day of ownership, I discovered the vehicle needed over $1K in non-warranty repairs (along with a warranty repair as well). I called my sal the first day of ownership, I discovered the vehicle needed over $1K in non-warranty repairs (along with a warranty repair as well). I called my sales person that assured me the dealership would pay for the repairs to bring the car up to advertised condition. In the end, the sales manager, Reza, offered to pay a small fraction of the repairs but would not honor the advertised product or his salesman's promises. This dealer has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I knew that before I bought a car from them! More
I have been shoping for a Mercedes ML to replace my BMW X5 lease that is up soon. I went to a few different dealerships and must say that I had one of the best car buying experiences ever when dealing wit X5 lease that is up soon. I went to a few different dealerships and must say that I had one of the best car buying experiences ever when dealing with Tony Gasperino and Reza Heravi. I test drove the ML and the G Class and when I decided on the ML, we built and ordered a vehicle exactly as I wanted it and timed it to come in when my X5 lease is up. Negotiating was also easy and I got an extremely fair price, especially when you throw in that they will pick up and drop off the vehicle any time it needs service. There are 3 or 4 dealers closer to me, but none of them treated me as well as I was treated here. More
