I took my 2017 GLC in for a rear camera warranty repair. While the tech was taking care of that problem, he also found that my battery needed replacing, which was also covered under the MB factory warranty While the tech was taking care of that problem, he also found that my battery needed replacing, which was also covered under the MB factory warranty. Although the repairs understandably took longer than I had anticipated, I was kept well informed on the progress of the work. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and helpful. MB of N Scottsdale service department is without a doubt the best service department I have ever dealt with. More
