Service is terrible. I had a tire that was losing air quickly. I called Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale service and was told they couldn't look at my tire until a week later. I drove over to their serv quickly. I called Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale service and was told they couldn't look at my tire until a week later. I drove over to their service department with an almost flat tire and begged for help and they said NO WAY. They said they were too busy and to come back next week. The folks were aloof and did not care. This is my first Mercedes (SL 550) purchase. I have had Lexus cars for the past 15 years. I've had beyond excellent service at Bell Lexus and I am appalled at the way I was treated at Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale. I am beyond shocked and I regret my decision to move to Mercedes. Disgraceful to send someone away with an almost flat tire. More
