Yesterday, Saturday the screen said my battery was dying. I immediately drove it your dealership arriving at 12:15 PM. It was closed, although it says it closes at 1PM on Saturdays. I then went into the dealership and was informed maintenance is no longer open on the weekends at all! I asked a salesman what options I had. He said to return on Monday at 7 AM. I was furious. He offered no suggestions and not interested in helping me at all? I then went to call AAA who informed me they could not replace the new model MBZ batteries due to the inability to reset it. While still in your parking lot, I then called remembered the MBZ emergency line built into the car which I had no need to ever call in the past. They immediately contacted the MBZ of Scottsdale who drove up to YOUR dealership with a new battery and replaced it. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP! If you are closed on Sat why isn’t it posted anywhere? Horrible customer service from your dealership. More
