As Usual -- Very Good Service Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale --- overall a very good experience. No hesitation to rate at four stars. However, two issues: 1) The center console no longer opens automatically and this is not covered under CPO warranty. The cost to repair / replace is over $1000 !!!! The problem is a combination of a simple spring (~ $2) and plastic mounting stud that holds the spring. To repair "Mercedes" wants to replace the whole thing????? This is Mercedes and not the dealership ....but this is more than a bit over the top. 2) When I picked up the car it seemed to ride very rough..... I checked the tire pressure and all four tires were set at 41 lbs..... the reccomended settings are 36 lbs front and 41 lbs rear for the tires on the car. Overall.....good service with the exception of those two items.... More
