All of this was orchestrated expertly by Lou Gordon, as well as our service adviser, Ken Lamb who was involved because there was a trade-in.These are professional and personable employees who know their business and know how to meet their customers' requirements. We love our old Mercedes, but it was time to move on (even though we still have it).Irving made us feel very comfortable, everything was handled very professionally, and even a bit of humor made us feel very relaxed and confident in our decision to purchase the new car.
