Bad to excellent Mercedes had a part for my previous car on back order for many months. This dealership provided me with a loaner car at their cost. When it became evident that this part was not available with no time line as to when it would come in from Getmany, they gave me a fair deal on the trade in and a good deal on the pre owned car it bought.
