I was involved in a car accident where my brand-new CLA was totaled. When I came into the dealership Lou didn't concern himself with the sale he concerned himself with my well-being to make sure I was okay. Within an hour tops he had me pick out the car of my dreams (a C300 for a lower payment), had all the paperwork done for me, and I was out of the dealership with my new car within an hour.
