I want to give then a rating of 100 stars today, but dealerrater.com only allows a maximum of 5 stars. My experience with Micheal Woods 18 months ago was beyond surreal pleasurable. I stopped by again about 4 months ago and he build ordered cars for me - CLA250 Sports & ML250Blutek. The cars came in earlier this week. I was travelling, came in straight from the airport to the dealership the evening, all the paperwork was ready and the trade in of my VW Passat was such an easy breezy. Micheal is polite, engaging, and knowledgeable, and obviously committed to performing his role at the highest level. He has always gone above and beyond to save me every penny I can. He always gets the job done and is very personable. You make my experience to drive my Benz(es) seamless and enjoyable. Mike, I'm fortunate to met you the 1st time I came to the showroom. You are 2nd to none. Micheal has my every praise and due to him, I have 3 Mercedes Benz, a reality when it wasn't even in my dreams.
