Pressure Free and Fast! I landed at Schumacher with every intention of "just looking" and making a decision later that week after visiting more dealerships with my husband. I landed at Schumacher with every intention of "just looking" and making a decision later that week after visiting more dealerships with my husband. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Field. I was looking for something that had more room than my current vehicle to fit my car seat. Mark was absolutely amazing. He listened to all of my needs and really understood my concerns. He even put my car seat (which is made of all steel!) in every single make/model that I thought I wanted. He ended up suggesting a make/model that I hadn't even considered and it was perfect, meeting all of my needs and avoiding all of my concerns! As I was about to leave to "think on it", I asked to drive the car one more time. Despite how late it was getting, Mark was all for it! The next thing you know, after a short chat with my husband, I'm asking how quickly I can get out of there because I had to pick up my daughter from daycare by 6. Mark made the entire process incredibly easy, with zero pressure or urgency before my decision to buy, and extreme urgency after my decision to buy. Most importantly, even though I didn't buy the most expensive car on the lot, I was treated like I did! I have no doubt that this will not be our last purchase from Mark at Schumacher! More
