Awesome Experience! I had been looking at the CLA 250 for a few weeks and decided to visit the Schumacher dealership in Scottsdale to test drive one. We met Reymondo Lil I had been looking at the CLA 250 for a few weeks and decided to visit the Schumacher dealership in Scottsdale to test drive one. My sales person, Petros Theocharides was very knowledgeable and straight forward. The transaction was handled very smoothly and I felt like I was dealing with a professional, not a "car salesman". I was impressed by how quickly the deal was handled. We test drove the car I was interested in and once I determined that I wanted the car, the pricing and paperwork was completed so quickly and painlessly that I couldn't believe it. I've been through the car buying process many times and I always dread the process because it has always been s a tag team sales approach that takes four hours. You feel like you always get the hard sell approach and I hate that! This was far from that experience. I love my car, my sales person and the obvious great procedures in place from the dealership. I forgot to mention the finance person, Dana Rae Miller. She was very professional and she too had everything in order and that was an easy process. I almost forgot to mention that I was impressed by Petros because the dealership had closed and instead of rushing me out, which I would have gladly done because I was so excited to drive my car, he took 30 minutes to set my phone to the car and go through the operations of everything in the car. I can't say enough about how much I loved the experience. More

I have always dreaded car dealerships and the thought of even going in them, but after today I wouldn't mind going back to just say hello. Even Grant Anderson who walked us through the features and got the car ready to go, what a kind and helpful guy. The whole staff is so kind and helpful. We have leased other Mercedes and worked with other dealerships, none of them come close to the customer service of Schumacher. As we drove away, I couldn't help but feel that we got an honest, FAIR price. His team did a super job...including Grant the 'teacher,' as well as Mrs. Miller in F & I.
