He is a professional sales rep and a true asset to Mercedes. Lou has always been fair and honest during our negotiations. I have always been prepared with my estimation of the new car pricing as well as my perceived trade-in value. Lou has respected my values and negotiated pricing as close to my values as he could. The negotiation process for each vehicle took only a few minutes and involved only Lou and myself, no strong-arm tactics from upper management. Deal done, trade-in vehicle exchanged for new vehicle, efficient paperwork process, excellent review of new vehicle's operation, and great follow-up when I needed it. Remington is a top notch salesman who never ever presuures you into a sale. He explains all the elements of the deal and thje various cars avalable and then makes it all come together perfectly. Each time we recieve our new Benz, Craig Zielinski is always extremely helpful with all the new technical information on the vehicle, and he always explains every detail until we throughly understand how it works. This lease we had the pleasure of working with your Finance Manager Iza Sheman. She was extemely professional and curtious, explaining all the details of the lease with us. We were in and out of her office within 15-minutes. Our service advisor, John Cummins has been with us for the last 4 leases and is excellent. He always gives us back our car when promised, the work or service is done perfectly and he is a pleasure to work with. After dealing with Schmacher Mercedes Benz why would we want to got to any other Mercedes dealership in the Valley.
