Schmacher Mercedes Benz, in my opition is the BEST Mercedes dealership in the state of Arizona, possibly the Country. Service,quality,attention to detail, professional attituide but most of all our sales team of Remington Logue and Craig Zielinski. They have ALWAYS made us feel like royalty when we are there. Remington is a top notch salesman who never ever presuures you into a sale. He explains all the elements of the deal and thje various cars avalable and then makes it all come together perfectly. Each time we recieve our new Benz, Craig Zielinski is always extremely helpful with all the new technical information on the vehicle, and he always explains every detail until we throughly understand how it works. This lease we had the pleasure of working with your Finance Manager Iza Sheman. She was extemely professional and curtious, explaining all the details of the lease with us. We were in and out of her office within 15-minutes. Our service advisor, John Cummins has been with us for the last 4 leases and is excellent. He always gives us back our car when promised, the work or service is done perfectly and he is a pleasure to work with. After dealing with Schmacher Mercedes Benz why would we want to got to any other Mercedes dealership in the Valley.
