Everything was done with full transparency and no hidden agendas. When it came time to talk to the Finance folks we couldn't have had a better experience than with Iza. Again, no games and no hidden agendas. Lastly, the detailed explanations of how this complex car works were done by Matt in such a simple and easy to understand way. That was the best hour we could have spent. Overall, this gets an 11 on a scale of 10. More

Michael Wood met us at the door of the dealership and proceeded to give us a thorough review of all the various scenarios we needed to consider in making a decision. Michael had a thorough knowledge of the cars we were considering (C & E Class) and provided us with a "too the point" test drive of both models in the right amount of time. It took Michael little time to understand our particular situation and provide us with an easy to understand analysis of the options for us. Although we were not in a hurry to buy a car we were in and out with a new car in less than 3 hours. This was the best experience we have ever had in the purchase of a new car. John Bultman was very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable and made the experience a good one. You have a good salesperson in John and I would suggest him to anyone looking for a Mercedes. Also, I brought the car back in to redo the window tinting on a window a couple of days later. Ken Lamb had it redone quickly, and also redid two other windows that he didn't think looked up to Schumacher standards (without being asked). Great first impression of service department also. More

My new car buying experience, was totally remarkable and so surreal. Mike is very knowledgeable, very professional & was very patient throughout the entire process with me. I don't think I left the dealership without having any questions answered. It all started with a casual visit to the dealership 4 months ago to check out new CLK250. Mike rightfully suggested that time to order one and it will be delivered per my specs in April. I was informed earlier this week by Mike that car will be ready to pick up today. The trade-in for my old cars was hassle free and the entire process and the experience of driving the Benz out of the showroom was just surreal. I can't imagine anyone going to anywhere but Schumacher & Mike, if buying or leasing a Benz. I'm going to visit him soon to explore the possibility of having ML350 BlueTek. You guys rock..
