We have dealt with Mercedes-Benz in Sugarland Texas since 2005. We recently purchased a home in Scottsdale, Arizona and needed to find a dealership here. In 2013 we visited this dealership because we were considering trading in my 2009 SLK350 which had only 11,000 miles on it. We met with a salesman (not Lou) and were really unhappy with the treatment we received. He spent most of our visit telling us about all his high end customers and the cars they had purchased and talking down to us. I suppose since we were just shopping at the time and were not sure what we would do, he was really not interested in us. After that initial visit we contemplated finding another dealership. Because this is the closest dealership, we decided to return and not deal with that salesman. We were totally pleased with the service we received from Lou. He helped my husband choose the perfect car for me, which was a Birthday Surprise. He was patient and never failed to help us with anything we needed or asked for. While my husband was shopping for my 2014 E350 Cabriolet, he spotted a pre-owned 2008 Porsche 911Turbo on the lot. Since we had never owned a Porsche before, my husband needed a lot of questions answered. Lou was there all the way. We bought the Porsche too and are thrilled with both cars. We are happy that we returned to Schumacher European and found Lou. We will be return customers and hope to always be able to deal with Lou. More

I had been considering a Mercedes for quite some time and took it as a sign that the timing was right when I eventually learned John was at that dealership. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of buying my first Mercedes. The entire experience was a complete and thorough pleasure, from the prompt and cordial greeting when I walked through the door to the "congratulations" and warm smiles I received from everyone I met throughout the process of purchasing my car. John Bultman was outstanding, just as he'd been in my previous dealings with him. He listened attentively to what I considered my "must-haves" and to my "negotiables" and directed me to the perfect match for my needs -- a GLK350. John is knowledgeable, patient, and articulate -- all of which are valuable traits when introducing a vehicle's electronic features to someone unfamiliar with them. He is honest and low-key -- which is important to someone with my own personality, who appreciates honest, candid interaction. I believe anyone who buys a vehicle from John would eagerly do so again, just as I did. As for the dealership, it is impressive throughout.
