I Went to Schmacher European, Ltd. and it was close to closing and ran into Salesman Glenn Davis, who was still happy to talk to us and anwer any questions we had on the Mercedes-Benz I was considering pu closing and ran into Salesman Glenn Davis, who was still happy to talk to us and anwer any questions we had on the Mercedes-Benz I was considering purchasing. He gave me his card and said to come back tomorrow and he would help me find the car of my dreams. So that I did...He was so pleasant, non pushy and knowledgable on the Mercedes I was looking at, and I need to trade my other car in and He knew how intrested I was in purchasing a car that day, so He worked numbers around and did what ever he could to get the most for my trade and keep my payments in a comfortable zone for me. He made sure I got the most out of the warranty I need as well. He showed my everything on the car and made sure I knew how everything worked. He also noticed, their was some damage on the carpet in the trunk area, that I didn't even notice myself and that the bumper had a clip broken on it so that it didn't sit quite right. He told me to bring it back that week and he would fix them to my liking. I came back and everything was fixed like new. He even called and checked in to see if I was happy with my new purchase. I told him Absolutely and that I would definately recommend Schumacher to anyone that was intrested in buying a car and that I would come back to him for my future Mercedes purchases in yrs. to come.
