I came to Schumacher to only to look at the new CLA 250. In any event, I wound up purchasing a car from him and now we have not only had a business relationship but we have become friends and I suspect that will only improve over time. In addition, Raimondo has continued to be of assistance to me with much of the technology in my car, by contacting me to inquire if there any any questions he can answer for me etc. Further, in addition to Raimondo, I found others at the dealership to be pleasant and courteous above and beyond the normal assistance one would expect, particularly Grant Anderson...who came to my home to help install the garage opener for me and then followed up with a call to be sure everything was working properly.
