I started my search for a used Mercedes-Benz C-Class at Schumacher European. I was greeted by Aaron Sales who was extremely professional and courteous. I was very impressed with the car and once I came back from the test drive, Aaron introduced me to Lou Gordon, sales manager. Lou ran his best numbers for me. I respected and valued the fact I wasn't pressured to buy a car right away. I told them I'd be back in about an hour and made it clear I was very interested. Though my dad and I initially had planned to go to lunch, we decided to visit two other dealerships close by (Audi and VW for similar style cars), but I had easily decided the Mercedes at Schumacher was the one for me. I came back to buy it and Lou and Aaron were very courteous. They offered to repair a few minor blemishes on the car complimentary and made the sale experience very pleasant. Lou was very straightforward and honest. He's also a great conversationalist. I left the dealership that day with an ideal car and an ideal experience. I will certainly consider Schumacher European first whenever I am in the market for a luxury vehicle. I could not be happier with the way I was treated. More

I made an appointment with Anthony to bring my car in for some prearranged work that Nevin had previously recommended. He knew exactly what work was required and I told him I was going to wait for the car. He offered me a loaner car but I didn't need it. By the way, Barry, the greeter recognized me when I arrived and he did his thing and then got Anthony to help me. While I waited in the customer lounge, Anthony came by to keep me posted on my car and just to say "hello" while I was waiting. He came by and told me the car was just being washed but all the work had been completed and I could pay the bill. The car was ready a little earlier than I expected which made me very happy. Schumacher always takes good care of me and my car. My car has never been touched by any other auto company since I've owned it. I trust Schumacher because they are friendly and honest and their service personnel are great. I'm more than satisfied with my first experience with Anthony. We visited Schumacher European on May 13, 2013 to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes GL 450. I was courteously and professionally greeted by Lou Gordon, who promptly retrieved the vehicle and went on the a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes GL 450.
