I have purchased two Mercedes from this dealership and both times I dealt with Lou Gordon. My reason for dealing with Lou? Lou makes you feel comfortable from minute one. He is very professional and he makes you feel as if you are the "ONLY" customer in Scottsdale. He simply cannot do enough for you. My next auto purchase will be with Lou Gordon if I am buying from Schumacher. I live within walking distance to another Mercedes dealer and I chose to drive 50 miles round trip to buy from Lou Gordon. More

Coming to the Phoenix area from Chicago we have had experiene with three MB dealers in that city. I asked a friend for a good MB dealer here and she recommended Schumacher European. As we neared the end of our 2010 C-Class sedan lease, we visited the dealership to learn about our options. After we provided our current lease information and looked at some inventory, Andrew was able to quickly put together several options for us. We felt comfortable and confident at all times that Andrew and Schumacher MB had our best interests at heart. In no time at all, we took delivery of a 2013 C-Class coupe. Basically, I chose this dealership because of Chris. I had the opportunity to work with Chris when we were trying to purchase a vehicle for my boss who had just moved here from Taipei, Taiwan. Because of the quality of customer service he exhibited during this transaction, I returned to him when I decided to buy my own car. He has considerable patience, actively listens to the customer, and takes the time to understand what the customer wants. I personally am not a person who is going to travel all over town to look for a car. I want to be able to ask questions vis phone or email, get answers in a timely manner, and make a decision. Boom! I'm done! There are very few sales people who understand that. Chris did and I am grateful to him for making this process so easy for me. I have limited time away from my work and I personally cannot think of a worse way to spend it than shopping for a car (or shopping for anything for that matter). I'm just not a shopper!
