My name is Nina. I live in Tucson. I love Mercedes Benz vehicles. That Saturday I was shopping in Scottsdale, and on my way back I stopped at this huge, wonderful, great location Schumacher European, the M vehicles. When I pulled into the parking lot, I got approached by that nice, polite, friendly gentlemen by the name of Matthew Lenox. He introduced me to the dealership and the wonderful vehicles that they had. I told him that I was looking for a GL 450 and I wanted to trade my older Mercedes, however in my mind I was not one hundred percent sure if I was ready to purchase a different vehicle at this time. Matthew Lenox made me feel so comfortable and his great knowledge about the vehicles he showed me, as well as potentials of the Mercedes GL 450, which made without a doubt to change my mind and I purchased it. I am extremely pleased to Matthew Lenox for great buying experience. I am very happy with my new car. Matthew Lenox is a great salesmen. He walked me through step by step, from start to finish and I will recommend him to anyone who needs to buy a car, and of course at Schumacher European. Basically, I chose this dealership because of Chris. I had the opportunity to work with Chris when we were trying to purchase a vehicle for my boss who had just moved here from Taipei, Taiwan. Because of the quality of customer service he exhibited during this transaction, I returned to him when I decided to buy my own car. He has considerable patience, actively listens to the customer, and takes the time to understand what the customer wants. I personally am not a person who is going to travel all over town to look for a car. I want to be able to ask questions vis phone or email, get answers in a timely manner, and make a decision. Boom! I'm done! There are very few sales people who understand that. Chris did and I am grateful to him for making this process so easy for me. I have a 2004 Mercedes CLK 320 Cabriolet. The car has only been serviced at Schumacher since it was new. Barry, the greeter is outstanding at recognizing me even though I don't come to the dealer all th only been serviced at Schumacher since it was new. He is friendly, knowledgable, polite and always very informative about my car's needs. He also is great at advising me about preventive maintenance so my car won't break down on me. Chris Irving went above and beyond to make this deal happen. I just sold my car, earlier that day, it was raining, hailing and cold as ever, and I was without a vehicle. As I stated before I was without any vehicle. Saturday morning, the deal was reviewed and approved, and I had no transportation.. CHRIS called me up, came to my home and picked me up to close the deal. Now I have never had this kind of treatment from "ANY" dealership ever. It was fate that brought me to Schumacher, as I kept on seeing the commercials Wednesday eve!, like 3 times back to back, LOL... The coolest part of the commercials, it was CHRIS that was IN the commercial... LOL.... So again..
