If I could select no stars I would. You know after a while you realize they just cannot fix your car? We bought a new 2020 GLE and have had electrical problems from day one. They say th You know after a while you realize they just cannot fix your car? We bought a new 2020 GLE and have had electrical problems from day one. They say they cannot duplicate the problem, yet we provided video evidence of the dash malfunctioning. If they cannot reproduce it then it is the computer not reading it, right? So, there are at least 2 problems. The car has been in at least a dozen times-same story. Instead, they want to replace brake pads or tires or whatever to make $. Run away from Mercedes. This dealer/owner is a friend, long-time, but we cannot depend on this car. Tried to get them to buy it back, they say too late. Here is a funny, the loaner-a completely different model-DOES THE SAME THING! It is obviously endemic to these new long dashes. Do not buy a Mercedes-they cannot fix your car and you will forever be in service. More

I asked so many questions that at the end right before signing my documents I had Jeff, Michael, Derrick, and Kale, so perplexed I ended buying the wrong car and had to go back and get the one I actually wanted. It was hilarious but all the guys were great. And I can't leave Brooke, out. She's a lady boss If I must say so myself. She took the lead in the deal and dealt with my financing institution as they wanted me to come get a draft to take the dealership. But Brooke, steped and in and said no that will take forever so I can get it done electronically so you just come on in after work get your car and the deal is done we handle the rest. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes, in Oklahoma. I appreciate their honesty. That tells you that there's human being s in this world that don't see other cultures as a color but as a regular person. After all every man, woman, and child are products of Adam, and Eve.
