Jesse Thayne was very rude and unfriendly. I drove 30 miles to drop off car. He lectured and argued with me for about minutes and I left without getting my car fixed. I will never be back. I plan on buy miles to drop off car. He lectured and argued with me for about minutes and I left without getting my car fixed. I will never be back. I plan on buying a new MB as soon as I get this one fixed and sell it. I will travel to Dallas where they will treat me like a human being. Unless you have a brand new car I would not use their Service Department. More

This is my 5th Mercedes through the years but I have to say next to my very first experience working with Dillon was so easy and not stressful in the least.
