I have had terrible times at other car dealers like Infinity where they loaned me a car with a flat tire and I got stranded without a spare, I know that would NEVER happen with Mercedes. Disappointment Having owned a Lexus" for many years, my experience with this dealership was a big, big disappointment. Number one, I wanted the "shipping grease" re Having owned a Lexus" for many years, my experience with this dealership was a big, big disappointment. Number one, I wanted the "shipping grease" removed from the door openings. Number two, I wanted the interior wiped down and the mats vacuumed. Vacuumed perhaps, but not under the front mat, and it certainly the interior was not wiped down. A tire losing pressure was totally ignored stating "we don't fix flats, don't bother us with it." The gentleman who greeted us seemed very busy and stated rather bruskly that we had changed the time of our appointment, while I noticed workers chatting idly in the back part of the area. The wash of the exterior was just run through the water, leaving insect specs on rearview mirrors, etc. No snacks in waiting room was another "lack" in making my comparison with Lexus. The service I requested was to repair a recall of the seat belt. I assume that was done. More

I called back and thic time Haley answered the phone and apologized for the lack of follow-up, set me up for a loaner to be delivered to my house and also set up a tow to bring my car to the dealership for repair. I was very impressed with her professionalism and client relationship skills. Nick, my service rep, followed up,and updated. Me continuously until,the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Great job! More

This time I came in for my windshield replacement. I love their new texting communication. Anyway, Michael was superb in communicating back to me and updating me. When I was coming to pick my car back up, I was trying to allocate time to get a new pike pass. To my surprise , they had managed to preserve my old one and re-install it on my new one. This was not done 3 years ago. I really appreciated it. Sometimes small things like this goes a long way. Similarly, my radar detector was also re-installed. Both of these things didn't happen 2-3 years when I. came in for the same thing. So a very happy customer and highly appreciate it. More

Clean up My ML-350 was in for 30,000 service. On pick-up, I did not notice several areas of grease/hand prints along the headliner. I contacted the service d My ML-350 was in for 30,000 service. On pick-up, I did not notice several areas of grease/hand prints along the headliner. I contacted the service dept. who asked that I bring the vehicle in for clean up and the use of a loaner vehicle. No questions asked. Vehicle was detailed inside and out. It looked NEW! Thank you for correcting this item without hassle! More
