James even followed us home to pick up the extra keys we left at home for the car we traded in to get the payment for the Mercedes we got that day. James is hands down one of the best sales man we have ever encountered. The wife and I have called him a few times and even went by to get help in working some of the new fetchers we have not grabbed a hold of as of yet plus has given his personal phone number in the event we need help.
