Recognizing that the offer was an acceptable market price, after some negotiation we clinched a deal at $48,500. This was approved by the manager, the sales order was drawn up, and a $3,000 deposit charged to my AMEX card. The salesperson I worked with, Dale Fieker was pleasant, responsive, and professional in his salesmanship. Now, the Preowned Sales Director informed me that "we were in error in selling our [vehicle] at $48,500. My General Manager has ... refused to allow this sale." This is not only unprofessional and unacceptable, it may be unlawful. I am sincerely surprised, as I have read the great reviews, and believed that purchasing a vehicle from a Mercedes Benz dealership would afford some risk aversion. I am personally ashamed of this dealership, and will pursue complaint through all available channels. My local Mercedes Benz dealership has never treated me in this fashion, and I feel sorry for those in the Oklahoma City area who have to depend on a dealership that would act in this manner. More

Worst service I've ever received Sold us a CPO e class that had been wrecked and when we complained because of the poor drive we were lied to over and over. Josh always has Frank ready to go with a loaner so drop off and pick up is a breeze. He keeps me in the loop when any of my cars is being serviced. His suggestions have always been vital and successful to keeping our cars operating at the best performance level possible. I called Homelink on my own and found the MB had a glitch in their system and it had to be handled differently that any YOUTUBE would say. Took him under 5 minutes to fix. 3. floormats were not the ones that fit the ML350- told me I must have changed them and was trying to STEAL from MB and get new ones. More

I also asked him about the ML 450 Hybrid and he said there was none in stock. Meanwhile I had seen one in the lot. Guess my money is not good enough for MBOKC. Until we have another dealership in the OKC area I will not be buying another Mercedes. I was going to buy the E400 from dallas but I will not be buying a Mercedes until further notice so that I can avoid this dealership. Thank you for making up my mind to buy an AUDI A6 instead More

I was looking at your websight and reading some of the comments that my hometown Mercedes dealer has recieved and wondered if "that girl" is going to a different dealership than the one I have been going comments that my hometown Mercedes dealer has recieved and wondered if "that girl" is going to a different dealership than the one I have been going to for 15 years. My salesperson is also Bill Patton and have never found him to be anything short of respectful and most courteous. I have been dealing with Nick, their sales manager for the past six years and his honesty and integrity is a refreshing thing for any dealership. I am sure that I could buy a car for less somewhere else but then I could not and should not have access to services that are second to none in my opinion. It sounds like "that girl" has issues of her own to deal with. Regardless of all that, you would hard pressed to fine a dealership with great people from the top down. It is a shame that people search out a web sight to tell the bad things about someone they really dont know. Dont you think we have enough negative stuff everyday already. Come on lady pay alittle more and get a lot more of Mercedes Benz of OKC. it is not always about price... More
