Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City would like to apologize for the confusion relating to the pricing of our vehicle. Our vehicle was originally listed in error on our website for $48,991. The General Manager identified this error and immediately updated the pricing within our website pricing tool. Although we discussed pricing with you and took a partial payment we never had a signed contract that bound both parties to the discussed deal. Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City has a proud reputation in our community and we take seriously our commitments to our customers however from time to time data entry errors take place when entering information online and we reserve the right to make changes prior to any binding agreements.

As we have shown you the E-Class you purchased had a clean Carfax and a clean Autocheck; which are accident reports provided by outside sources. We assure you we would never allow a customer to leave in a vehicle that is unsafe to drive without expressly making them aware of the situation first and doing our best to remedy it if the customer allows. We also did a number of goodwill gestures to try and accommodate your concerns and remedy the issues including valet pickup and delivery of your vehicle as well as replacement of a bad tire and wheel.
