Very happy with the experience at Mercedes-okc and our salesman. We got the car we wanted and they didn’t try to mislead us or slide numbers in and see if we notice like other dealers. Not Happy. Worked out a deal over the phone with Dillon Bolin and Anthony Heflin. I called the night before to make sure everything was good and we were set to sign papers for a car the next morning. I wa Bolin and Anthony Heflin. I called the night before to make sure everything was good and we were set to sign papers for a car the next morning. I was told everything was good and he would see me in the morning. I drove 2 hours to get there only to be told they had sold the car out from under us. Nobody called me, emailed me. My son and I both took a day off from work to make the trip. This was very incompetent, inconsiderate and unprofessional and reflects upon the image and Ownership of this Mercedes Dealership. I returned home and bought a New Lexus from a more reputable Dealership in Tulsa. More
I filled out a credit app for Volvo not Mercedes. Within in minuted Andy called and said “I hear you are wanting to trade in a car”. Who told you that? I applied for a Volvo but was going to look at a Merc in minuted Andy called and said “I hear you are wanting to trade in a car”. Who told you that? I applied for a Volvo but was going to look at a Mercedes as well so I set an appointment. Jered was our sales rep. Very nice young man who made my wife and I very comfortable. Long story short, Jered went out of his way on every aspect of the deal. No pressure, very patient. My wife wanted to also revisit the Volvo she had previously driven 2 months prior to compare. Again, no pressure to close the deal. Wound up with the Volvo. Both places have a few honest great people. Jered is a good one for sure. More
Andy is unfortunately the reason for why Used Car Salesmen get bad raps. He was dishonest, unapologetic, and rude. My fiancee and I were on a trip in Arkansas when Andy reached out about a car (one w Salesmen get bad raps. He was dishonest, unapologetic, and rude. My fiancee and I were on a trip in Arkansas when Andy reached out about a car (one we were on the hunt for and they happened to have). He told us he wouldn't be able to give us a set price over the phone, but assured us this car was a gem, a non-smoker, and without flaws. As we left Arkansas to drive back to Dallas, Andy gave us a call to come in to make the deal. He reassured us of the great quality it was in and reconfirmed it was a non-smoker. So, we decided to drive the 2 hours out of our way from where we were to get there (which he knew about) and would later have to drive 2 additional extra hours to make our way from the dealership to our home (which he also knew about). We were very clear we were driving 4 extra hours to make this deal. We finally arrived and were greeted by Dann another sales rep (who did luckily turn out to be a lovely human). We were taken to the car and as soon as my fiancee sat inside, it was clear it had been a smoker's car. I got in and asked Dann his opinion, who had not been aware of the correspondence with (deceitful) Andy if he felt it was a smoker's car, and he said he was unsure, but as soon as we pulled out the lighter it was clear it had been used many times. I was furious that Andy would have us drive the 4 extra hours and try to fool us into buying a smoker's car, when that clearly was important to us, so I asked to speak with him. During this conversation he continued to interrupt me (perhaps because I a woman?) until I had to explicitly tell him, "Please do not interrupt me." He never apologized or expressed any remorse and instead said, "You said it was only 2 hours out of the way." I had told him it would be 2 hours to get there and 2 extra hours for our new way home, but regardless, he felt that it was okay to let someone drive ANY additional length of time to try to buy a car that he clearly was lying about. Having the conversation with Andy strengthened this feeling of him being slimy and dishonest. Everyone else we spoke to at this dealership was incredibly apologetic about the situation and tried to be very helpful. Dann especially was over the top helpful and kind. He is what a terrible situation much more pleasant as he was very accomodating and did everything he could to make it right. In the end, no other cars matched what we were looking for, which is unfortunate because I wish we could have made a deal with Dann. I would revisit this dealership, but if I was assigned Andy, I would immediately ask for someone else to help (ask for Dann!). Andy...rude dude. I have also waited a few months to write this review so I wouldn't be fueled by adrenaline aggression, so I feel this truly reflects the service he provided. More
