I have had terrible times at other car dealers like Infinity where they loaned me a car with a flat tire and I got stranded without a spare, I know that would NEVER happen with Mercedes. I called back and thic time Haley answered the phone and apologized for the lack of follow-up, set me up for a loaner to be delivered to my house and also set up a tow to bring my car to the dealership for repair. I was very impressed with her professionalism and client relationship skills. Nick, my service rep, followed up,and updated. Me continuously until,the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Great job! More

Excellent I have been with this dealer for more than 14 years now. Lot of positive changes have been made for me to give an excellent review. This time I came in for my windshield replacement. I love their new texting communication. Anyway, Michael was superb in communicating back to me and updating me. When I was coming to pick my car back up, I was trying to allocate time to get a new pike pass. To my surprise , they had managed to preserve my old one and re-install it on my new one. This was not done 3 years ago. I really appreciated it. Sometimes small things like this goes a long way. Similarly, my radar detector was also re-installed. Both of these things didn't happen 2-3 years when I. came in for the same thing. So a very happy customer and highly appreciate it. More

Although we recently acquired a 2018 E400A4 Cabriolet this was the first time using the Service Department at MBOKC since moving here from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Nick Bankston was my Service Consultant. Nick took care of everything, keeping me informed throughout the process. He was Professional, Courteous and Patient with me as my vehicle needed rear brakes in addition to the normal service. It's comforting to know that our vehicles and our safety are being handled by professionals! More

Yes still needs a few things repaired, takes MONEY. Mr. Brown could call to inform why it's taking so long for the repairs. I loaded car on a trailer and hauled it to dealership. A man who worked in the detail, area helped me load it, after service preformed, by directing so I could get the car centered. More
You've moved too far away. I bought a new Cadillac XT5 the Monday after my Safety Recall Service (and another repair that had been done 3 times before...). No car provided but 2 very nice drivers took me home & picked me up the next day. You have moved your dealership too far north to keep my business. It's a shame Mercedes has no regard for people who live in south OKC or Norman. AND...every time I've had my car in your shop it either costs me $1,200.00 OR you try to sell me $1,200.00 worth of tires. That does get old...the up-sale. Bob Moore Cadillac has always treated me like I was special ... since my first Cadillac in 1973. More
