They go out of their way to help you. I can’t say that my problem was corrected with the adaptive cruise control but they tried. They worked on it 4 different times and kept it for more t I can’t say that my problem was corrected with the adaptive cruise control but they tried. They worked on it 4 different times and kept it for more than 3 days twice but the cruise goes off for no reason. It can be turned back on after going 4-5 miles. It is very sporadic. I don’t know if anyone called MB factory. More

Mohhamad Alam is a great guy & super helpful I'm a long-time Mercedes owner in SF. I was in OKC & needed to figure out if a family member's medical device would fit in the trunk of my roadster be I'm a long-time Mercedes owner in SF. I was in OKC & needed to figure out if a family member's medical device would fit in the trunk of my roadster before they visited me in SF. I asked sales guy Mohhamad Alam if I could bring the device by to test. Even though he was *very clear* that he was not going to make a sale since I live in SF & already own a Mercedes he went to more than a little trouble to find my roadster in their inventory - they only had one, a CPO version - & hunt it down in service & find out when it would be available to give a try. If this guy went to so much trouble just to help someone out imagine what he'll do to help YOU if you are in the market to buy - go buy a car from this guy, he's awesome & he'll do you right! More

I had an issue w/ one of my auxiliary batteries going out on a Friday, s The staff is always friendly and tried to take care of you the best they can. I had an issue w/ one of my auxiliary batteries going out on a Friday, so I called them in the morning and they were able to get me in that day (Yay!) to get that taken care of. I was very grateful because I live over 2.5 hours away, so having got me in that quickly worked out great! I've been going to MB of OKC for 7 years now and they have never let me down!
