I had to bring in my vehicle for an airbag recall and had the pleasure of working with David. David was incredibly helpful and kind, he provided a courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on and also c the pleasure of working with David. There was a huge mistake at the beginning that I caught once I got home and I had already paid almost $500 that I wasn' Overall.... service was good. They told me I had already used all of my maintenance plan service.... so they did Service B and I paid almost $500. Once I got home, I checked my files and I found that my maintenance plan was still valid, I called them first thing Monday morning, they checked the system again, found it and apologized. So I had to make another appointment to bring the car in so they could do/finished service since there was a lot more to be done because they were now doing everything that came with the maintenance plan, versus only doing Service B. After one and a half weeks, I eventually got my money back. More
