Great emergency service We were traveling across country when the 'check engine light' went on in our 2016 Winnebago ERA Mercedes Sprinter van went on suddenly on a Sunday. L We were traveling across country when the 'check engine light' went on in our 2016 Winnebago ERA Mercedes Sprinter van went on suddenly on a Sunday. Luckily we were only 200 miles west of Oklahoma City. we got to the dealership soon after they open at 7:30 and the service consultant, Marlenea Steffens, took us right in without an appointment, understood the problem, and got it back to the technician, Drew Hayes. Although it took him most of the day to fully diagnose the related problems (NOX sensors and catalytic converter) and several test drives, he kept us updated and got everything working properly. We were very happy with the experience and staff. All the staff was very pleasant and the waiting room was luxurious and not a bad spot to wait at all! More

When I met the service advisor there, first thing he said “you have a long list” and then he went on to tell me about normal tear and wear, as if he was lecturing me. He was disrespectful on multiple levels. I am a MB type of a person and that was the first time I encountered such a poor service from MB. More
Fantastic service experience We were traveling through Oklahoma in our Mercedes Sprinter-based RV when the dreaded "Check Engine" light came on. We called several shops hoping tha We were traveling through Oklahoma in our Mercedes Sprinter-based RV when the dreaded "Check Engine" light came on. We called several shops hoping that someone could take a look and tell us how bad the problem was, but everyone we called was either too busy or couldn't work on our RV because they didn't know the chassis. Finally, we reached MB of OKC and they told us to stop by, and no promises, but they would see what they could do. We didn't arrive until 430pm, but Marlenea checked us in quickly, and we sat in their comfortable waiting area sipping very tasty coffee while dreading the outcome. The technician, Drew, was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. They had the part we needed in stock, and he was able to install it within an hour. Before 6pm, we were on the road again with a fixed RV! Thank you so much to Marlenea and especially to Drew for saving our trip! I hope we don't need to come back, but I would do so with confidence if needed. More

Driver seat! I'm giving everyone a good review! But from the time of purchase I have had a seat issue! The seat worked perfect the first week when it was programe I'm giving everyone a good review! But from the time of purchase I have had a seat issue! The seat worked perfect the first week when it was programed by Brandon then it stoped. He could not get it to program when tried again. Ron white tried it & it worked for him then quit working. The seat is suppose to go back & when entering & exiting the car! It only does this occasionally. When I have taken it in I have been told it is normal. It is not! Also I was told at the beginning once Mercedes has had a number of complaint then they might do something about it. I They have told me not working because I have the seat to far back for it to work properly ( I'm 5'3) It work every once in a while. I love my car everything else is great & I can live with out this working! More
Recall Service I received a recall notice on my 2020 GLE350. Fine but not “Mercedes” service I’ve been to several Mercedes dealerships and service is something they take very seriously. Okc dealership is always polite but misses the mark. Last time I was in I reserved a loaner car to run some errands to maximize my time in town (I drive from Stillwater) my service rep asked me several times before leaving the dealership in loaner car what time I would be back. I am a woman I was running errands it was an abnormal question from previous dealerships. Service rep called to let me know service was complete and asked again what time I would be returning to dealership. Tulsa Mercedes always supplied me with a water and snacks as they walked me to the car and encouraged me to enjoy a day in town. After receiving my car back and arriving back in Stillwater i noticed my oil change odometer had not been reset not a big deal since I was scheduled to return to dealership in two weeks for a new windshield at that appointment i asked again if they could please reset odometer and believe or not it once again got missed but i didn’t notice until I got back to Stillwater. I reached out several times to my service rep who told me to come back to the dealership and they would get it done. You have to understand my frustration at this point since I live out of town and gone to take care of my sick father often. Service rep eventually stopped returning my text messages about other options so i called service manager who was nice enough to try and send me instructions over email which did not work and I let him know it didn’t work. A similar instance happened (check engine light came on) when I left the Tulsa dealership so naturally called my service rep in Tulsa who was super apologetic and told me if it did not turn off by the after arriving home and restarting the vehicle they would send a mechanic TO MY HOUSE to fix the issue. That’s mercedes service at its finest. Currently my car thinks I’m 3800 miles over an oil change. Really not that big of deal but for the price increase from previous location to new location okc is missing the mark. I’m not sure if i will return to okc dealership for further services More
