Bad customer service While my car was at the dealership for tires replacement, all four wheels were stolen and the dealership doesn’t want to take responsibility for it, t While my car was at the dealership for tires replacement, all four wheels were stolen and the dealership doesn’t want to take responsibility for it, they insisted to got my insurance involved to cover for the wheels replacement. There is additional minor issues I experienced with them, all reflects low level customer service most likely due to lack of competition More

We paid for nothing We were at the dealership for over 8 hours waiting and you guys said you fixed our problem, then 80 miles down the interstate, we had the same problem We were at the dealership for over 8 hours waiting and you guys said you fixed our problem, then 80 miles down the interstate, we had the same problem happen again. I have requested a refund but never heard back . We are a band that we’re traveling through , and once we arrived to your dealership, you said you couldn’t see us that day, so we got several hotel rooms and came back in the next morning at opening , waited til almost closing time and still was never fixed after you all said it was fixed.
