Though our repair order disclaims dealership responsibility due to a loss caused by theft, we reimbursed the client for their deductible. We understand your frustration but would like to point out that we did go to work quickly to minimize any impact to you, including covering any out of pocket costs, as well as providing a new loaner car to use while we replaced your wheels and tires. We remain committed to securing your satisfaction going forward.

As we discussed, under normal circumstances, we would need to drive the Van 100 to 150 miles to find out if additional steps (filter replacement) would be necessary.
