They happened to have the part I needed and offered to replace same day. I learned that one of the staff member took time out of his lunch to replace the part for me which shortened my wait time. Great service on my Sprinter Had an unexpected issue with my Sprinter while traveling through Oklahoma. Called the dealership in Oklahoma City and explained my issue. They said they would do what they could to work me in. Sure enough, Marlenea (the service advisor) fit me in the same day and the service technician worked through what was a challenging intermittent problem what would have prevented me from my trip. Excellent service and excellent customer care. Having people like those that assisted me makes having a Mercedes product worth it. More

Outstanding customer service!! While I did not puchase my MB GLS450 from Okc, because of very poor customer relations....I was reluctant to return to the dealership for service but While I did not puchase my MB GLS450 from Okc, because of very poor customer relations....I was reluctant to return to the dealership for service but have to say my opinion completely changed once I was there!! Nick went above and beyond what I asked for and made me feel like not just any customer but his ONLY customer! He made sure I had a loaner vehicle ready to go so that my day went uninterrupted while my car was being serviced then upon return discovered that there was a scuff mark on the driver door....he immediately buffed it out and then looked for other things on the car to make it look as if it was going to be on display at the museum! The staff is always friendly and very attentive to my needs, even when I show up just for a car wash.....If not for Nick and the wonderful staff I don't think I would ever come back to Okc MB. Thanks NIck!! More
