Although my service advisor was excellent, problem with my 2020 S560 was 2 defective manufacturers Goodyear tires. Both went flat at same time with irregular very long seperation between groove and tire. H my 2020 S560 was 2 defective manufacturers Goodyear tires. Both went flat at same time with irregular very long seperation between groove and tire. Had tire insurance but they refused covering new tires as they deemed it manufactured defect. Ok so Mercedes should replace at no cost, right? Tires only had 21k miles. Well not only did I have to pay for new tires they made me pay for alignment as well. Very disappointed in the nickel and diming when spending $100k on a vehicle. More

Five star service. Dropped car on a holiday week and they had it ready a day early. Brought my dog to drop off and I have a Doberman and they were still very nice lol! Nothing bad to say on the staff, they were professional, very courteous and knowledgeable. My complaint it's only on the process they have with making an appointment for service. When you make an appointment to get your car serviced, they are very upfront and tell you they are 2-3 weeks backed up but you have to leave it so you don't lose your spot in the cue !?! (scratching my head). To me it doesn't make sense to leave your car when your car will sit for 2-3 weeks before they look at it. Has to be a better process, I understand they are busy or understaffed just don't understand leaving my car to sit for 2-3 weeks before anyone looks at it. More
