Pay attention to the service they do. Another dealer caught them performing a service at less value. When called out they spoke to the other dealer and agreed to pay for the service that Another dealer caught them performing a service at less value. When called out they spoke to the other dealer and agreed to pay for the service that I had prepaid for. Well after 6 months I am still out over $800. They have basically robbed me. By the way Mercedes corporate is useless. I have a case # and have followed up many times. No one follows up or responds. This is unacceptable at this level of car. I am disappointed in Mercedes as a company and Benzel bush well if you care to get ripped off have your vehicle serviced there. More

The service rep I was assigned was different from whom I requested. I was not informed why that happened. I was told I would hear back from him after the diagnostic.
