DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES OR ANY CAR HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!! I my wife and daughter go to this dealer to buy a Mercedes Benz Certified 2020 E350 Sedan that was listed for sa I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!! I my wife and daughter go to this dealer to buy a Mercedes Benz Certified 2020 E350 Sedan that was listed for sale on Auto Trader.com. When we arrive, the vehicle is not ready for sale and is still in service preparing for sale. So why list it for sale if it is not ready for sale ??? First, they say it will be a couple of days for it to be ready and then when we leave an hour after we get a TEXT that it will be ready at 5pm that day. When we go back and get to finance, they try to sell me a $ 6000 plus dollar Mercedes maintenance package and then state that the vehicle is Auto Nation Certified not Mercedes Benz Certified even though it clearly states Mercedes Benz Certified in various places in the auto trader listing. (pictures attached). When I told the salesman about this after in a text he did not even respond, completely ignored me ! EVEN ON THE EXPERIAN AUTO REPORT IT STATES IT IS A CERTIFIED VEHICLE !!!!! THEY ARE SO UNDERHANDED THAT THEY RELISTED THE CAR FOR SALE AGAIN ON AUTOTRADER.COM WITHOUT THE CERTIFICATION STATEMENTS SINCE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD ALL THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME AND NOW ARE ASKING FOR MORE, THEY WILL PROBABLY TAKE THE CAR BACK AND ONLY DID A "SPOT DELIVERY" LIKE ALL THE SCAM TYPE DEALERSHIPS DO !!!! I was so embarrassed with my wife and daughter after they were so excited about the car like an idiot under duress, I signed the paperwork just to get out of there and not disappoint my family. Then the next day I noticed the navigation system was not working and a couple of days later I took it back to the dealer and the salesman frustrated which treated me like he did not care about the issue only about the sale took me to the service tech which stated the problem was with the SD Card in the Nav system and that it would cost me almost $ 500 dollars to order it. (SD CARDS HAVE NOT BEEN USED IN CAR NAVIGATION SYSTEMS SINCE LIKE 2005). I did research online and talked to the service manager (because the sales guy just abandoned me in the service department and said he would be back and never came back) and confirmed that that nav system does not even use a SD card to work and after 3 days at the dealer they determined that it was a damaged hard drive not a SD card. IF THE SALES GUY WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A TUTORIAL ABOUT THE VEHICLE MBUX FUNCTIONS LIKE HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO AND NEVER, DID WE WOULD OF KNOWN THAT THE NAV WAS DEFECTIVE AND I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN BOUGHT THE CAR ! They did give me a loaner that had a 75 mile a day limit and after that they charge you $ 0.50 cents a mile. So, I just bought this car it is in the shop 3 days later and I have mileage limits and have to pay for overages???!!! Then it turns out THERE IS STILLPROBLEMS WITH THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM AND IT CAN'T EVEN FIND A LOCAL GAS STATION OR ANY ADDRESS !!!!!!!!!! So besides them PULLING A BAIT AND SWITCH WITH THE CERTIFICATION, TRYING TO CHARGE ME 6K FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED, NOT HAVING THE CAR READY FOR SALE, NOT CHECKING ALL THE SYSTEM WERE WORKING WHEN THEY PRESENTED IT FOR SALE, HAVING TO LEAVE IT IN THEIR SHOP FOR 3 DAYS,LEAVING ME TO FEND FOR MY OWN AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY STILL DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE AND I HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. IF I WANTED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE I COULD OF GONE TO MIAMI - HIALEAH TO A MOM AND POP BUY HERE PAY HERE AND THEY WOULD OF PROBABLY DONE BETTER !!!!!!!! THE SALES GUY NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE TO ME AND WOULD ONLY TEXT ME LIKE A CYBER CHILD !!!!!! I WANT TO GIVE THEM THIS DEFECTIVE CAR BACK AND GET MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drove it off the lot and realized after a 2-hour drive that the car wouldn’t lock and the door handles were sticking out and broken — something I didn’t notice since the vehicle was handed to me already unlocked. I contacted the salesperson immediately. He said he would speak to the manager and get back to me. Never did. Two weeks later, when I followed up, I was told: “It was sold as-is.” This is not how you treat customers — especially after making over $12K on my trade-in and refusing to fix a small issue on a six-figure purchase. They didn’t even have the decency to follow up or explain. Unethical, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Avoid this dealership!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! More

Jason handled all my documents prior to me arriving making the pick up process VERY QUICK. There was no hidden fees or gimmicks. The exact price Jason explained is the exact of what I paid. My vehicle looked exactly as it was on the add. From the parking lot I stepped in with my family, we were offered refreshments, which was actually an entire kitchen without the stove. I stepped into finance the lady there was so exceptional and polite and assisted with the Gap Payment information. (highly suggest getting it) There was a bow on my new red Benz and I will return in the future for new purchases ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! More
