We arrived at 7:15 on a Saturday morning and the service manager Richard greeted us (with a smile) as we got out of the car. My salesperson, Frank, was great. I've dealt with him on another occasion. What leaves me with a bad taste is the "shenanigans" of the finance dept! He, against my express directions, I've dealt with him on another occasion. What leaves me with a bad taste is the "shenanigans" of the finance dept! He, against my express directions, shopped my loan out to 3 places and thankfully, I had a lock on my credit reports so he couldn't do it. Also, he called back and asked for more ID, purporting that the lender needed it. They did not! They called a day later and followed the instructions I had placed on the bureau - not requesting additional identification. It was quite challenging dealing with the finance person. In fact t, I felt conned when I left there and discovered the things that had been done with proper authority and without my knowledge. More
