I prequalified for a Certified pre-owned Mercedes through Mercedes Financial Services via the internet. I received an approval email from Mercedes and also a call from "Buddy" Jerome (who oddly is not listed Mercedes Financial Services via the internet. I received an approval email from Mercedes and also a call from "Buddy" Jerome (who oddly is not listed as an employee on this site). He informed me I had been preapproved but never mentioned the vehicle I applied for at this dealership and said he would search for cars meeting my criteria. 2 days later I've never heard a word! Tired of waiting I've contacted other dealers and have had a totally different response (which is what I would expect from a Mercedes dealership!) and have put a deposit on one. More

I have been looking into buying a Mercedes for a while and I am sure I got it from the right place. He's an excellent salesperson, wanting to make my experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. He went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted it. And boy did he delivered!!!! I'm extremely happy with my car and he continues to surprise me with his attention to my needs post-sale. He spend a considerable amount of time explaining the features of my car and is on-call for any question post delivery. On Monday, August 20th, I inquired about a 2012 E350 through the Costco Auto Program. It is now Friday, August 24th and I have not been contacted by anyone. After 24 hours of no response, I contacted Al through the Costco Auto Program. It is now Friday, August 24th and I have not been contacted by anyone. After 24 hours of no response, I contacted Alan Trepanier and left a voicemail. Still nothing. I tried sending an email to Alan Trepanier. No response. In fact, I received an email from Frank Whitton asking me for a good contact number. Figuring he intercepted the email to Alan, I responded with my cell phone number. Still nothing. No return email, no call, no voicemail. Please avoid this dealership at all cost!!! More
