Tire Problem I came in with a tire problem related to hitting a pothole in the road and causing a "bubble" to rise on the side of the tire. I was greeted with the normal extreme courtesy and directed to the courtesy lounge after checking in. Given the fact that I was coming in without an appointment due to this emergency, I thought my wait was well within reason for the matter to be addressed. Fortunately, I have tire insurance which was used as the tire had multiple problems which were identified and I had not even noticed myself. A portion of my wait time was actually waiting for the insurance company to open and approve the replacement. I found my experience to be a typical pleasant visit to the Prestige service center. Recall and Yearly service Service was scheduled very efficiently considering I not only received the recall notification but I also wanted to receive the second yearly service Service was scheduled very efficiently considering I not only received the recall notification but I also wanted to receive the second yearly service which was due at the end of the month. I was offered a loaner, which I didn’t use because I decided to wait for the car. The total service was completed in less than 3 hours and the car was delivered to me totally washed and in perfect condition. I have always been very pleased with Prestige services. More

oil change service After a regular service check up last time, i found the hood was not completely closed. So had to go back to the service dept to close the hood.
