The experience from start to finish was excellent and my MB representative, Ken Shattuck, provided incredible service. He was honest, thorough, patient (I was firm on a fair price), and provided incredible customer service even after I bought the car. He even agreed to drive the car to my office to deliver it to me the day after I purchased it (about 70 miles each way)! I have recommended that my friends and family visit the dealership solely based on the service provided by Ken, Kris Los, and other managers who stopped by to say hello. To me, purchasing a luxury vehicle is more than just having a nice car to drive. It comes with an expectation for impeccable service which I had in my previous Lexus and hoped to find with a MB purchase. Overall, very happy! More

I was a little hesitant to buy a used car however my salesman, Anthony put me at ease by reviewing the Car Fax report, the price of a used convertable compared to a new one and the quality, value and reliability of the vehicle itself. I was so comfortable making my purchase. I never felt pressured. Anthony kept me informed every step of the way of my shopping and purchase experience. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the vehicle (a month later) and the dealership itself. I have been introduced to many of the employees along the way in the purchase process, each one is nicer than the next and all employees very friendly and professional.
