Thanks for your response but i already complete the require service from Mercedes Benzel and Busch on Friday, 3/9/2012. Its take me to wait there ten minutes only and the service and parts were provided me free of cost. I thank ful to the Dealer. Saleem, We understand that the issue was just the brake light and that it was a rather quick repair that was needed. At the time of your request, our service department was overbooked and we did not want to risk your valuable time. We were able to offer an appointment the following day which was the earliest time that we would be able to properly assist you with the issue on your vehicle. Regarding the “labor and parts” cost, the scheduling department says this as a standard message in all of their calls because we do not know the cause of the issue. A faulty brake light could be as simple as a bulb in your case or on the other hand it could be a wiring issue. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to assist you with servicing your Mercedes-Benz now or in the future and I am sure that you will be impressed with the service that you will receive.
