We are a local corporation and we like to buy quality cars; namely Mercedes-Benz being one of the marquee brands. We were looking for a lease on a new vehicle for our Chairman's use and we decided to visit this new dealership. We were taken by the design and modern setting and the warm greeting once you walk in. We dealt with an initial salesperson but our major interaction and what sealed the deal was Robert Serrano. Mr. Serrano is the Manager and he was cordial, informative and made what is considered a scary process easy. In fact, we even agreed on pricing and a promise that he said stood out, "we are here to earn your business and make this a family oriented environment." I have heard good reviews on their service center and based on my experience (a very positive one) I had with Mr. Serrano; we'll be back again! In fact, he will gain our personal buys and any interaction of people that ask me for a referral will be promptly directed to Mr. Serrano. It is easy to see way Mr. Serrano is at the top of the management team; he cares and knows the business. The customer service was great, we were offered coffee, water, juice and the entire process was done under an hour. Rest assured! Mr. Serrano and Prestige MB have earned and will keep my business. My overall experiene with Prestige Motors has been a positive one. Although I don't like the appearance of the new show room (cold), the customer service has not changed. I had a great experience with Rob Kant and the entire Prestige Motors Sales Team. Most people think purchasing a new car means you have to deal with a an overly assertive salesperson, then a lot of bac Prestige Motors Sales Team. Most people think purchasing a new car means you have to deal with a an overly assertive salesperson, then a lot of back and forth with the manager until you get the right price and a pushy finance associate who will try and sell you everything under the sun. None of this held true and in fact it was quite the opposite. Rob is very friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to make the best decisions. George Reyes made the financial and paperwork aspects of the purchase a breeze. He explained l the additional services/options offered and did not try and push me in any way. The overall experience was truly exceptional and I will recommend Ron and Prestige Motors to everyone I know. More
I traded my 08 diesal ML in because my vehicle was in 4X for 10 to 2 week periods each time from July to Oct. FOR THE SAME REPAIR. I lost my faith in the vehicle and did not feel safe driving it anymore. STEVE EILERT was wonderful and tried so hard and I am sure his absolute best to have my car repaired and get it back to me. He is a service manager that truly cares about his customers. This has been a very stressful experience for me and my husband and it is only because of STEVE EILERT's support and efforts that I was able to cope with the entire situation. In my opinion I would say that STEVE EILERT is your most valuable service manager for sure! After much negotiation, I bought a new ML (NOT DIESAL) and picked it up yesterday. I dealt with ANDREW FRANCO as I always have with our past 3 Mercedes. I would only ever deal with him since I trust him and I know that he fought for me in every way during this negotiation process. This has been stressful for all involved. This transaction took a great deal of ANDREW'S time not only because of the difficult situation but also because I requested several specifications on my new vehicle. He is by far your best salesperson at this dealership and as I said before, I personally would only ever work with him. In summary, I would conclude that we love the new vehicle and we are happy to have it but we had intended to keep the other one for at least another 50 thousand miles so basically we ended up spending $27,778 (after trade in) when it was DEFINETLY not in our long term plan. My relationship with Prestige Motor remains in tact but I would say it is ONLY because of the amazing treatment and service I received by both STEVE EILERT and ANDREW FRANCO. MARILYN SLADE More
Went back to Prestige Mercedes Benz after my family has been purchasing and servicing with them for years to take my turn at purchasing a Mercedes. Was greeted and dealt with Henri, a true gentleman who wa been purchasing and servicing with them for years to take my turn at purchasing a Mercedes. Was greeted and dealt with Henri, a true gentleman who was very well prepared and had full knowledge of the Pre-Owned inventory. I went in looking for a C300 Sport, and they didn't have any I wanted, but I was presented with and ended up buying a CLK 350 which I absolutely love and fits my needs and style better. Customer service was fantastic and I sent him two referrals in the past week, my brother and close friend whom they both purchased from him and had nothing but nice things to say. I will continue to send people and do business with Prestige for life! More
