My husband and I had been looking for a used C300 and saw this dealer had many available. We decided to travel about 1 1/2 hrs to check them out. From the start, we were greeted by the receptionist with a sm this dealer had many available. We decided to travel about 1 1/2 hrs to check them out. From the start, we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile. She was so helpful. She introduced us to Nuha Ksheboon, our sales rep. We sat with her to get an idea of exactly we were looking for. We saw a few and test drove one. We did not feel rushed at all. No pressure to decide right away. Nuha was so knowledgeable and great to work with. We told her we would be back in touch. There was no scare tactic used like “well you best decide because it not be sold” which other dealerships tried on us. The next day we decided to purchase it. It was so easy. We did everything online. When we picked it up it looked brand new! The detailer did a great job. The finance manager, Joe, was also awesome, so organized. Everything was in order to sign and ready to go. John Carlo was the technician that went over ever aspect of the car with us. He was so knowledgeable and respectful. We can’t stress enough of how satisfied we are from beginning to end. This dealership is first class. We are throughly enjoying our car and highly recommend you use them for your next purchase! More
