Customer service is not Mercedes Benz of Paramus priority Not the most pleasant experience 1. First of all I was told I was told it will take two days to get the parts in for my car, I was not happy about it Not the most pleasant experience 1. Did not get the car on the third day as was originally told but got the car on the fourth day 3. Took Glenn 24hrs before he return my call where I left him a voicemail. 4. Call Kief Ridley twice three hours apart and leave him a voicemail each times then finally he return my call two hours later and leave a voicemail 5. Glenn lied to me saying that he in not in on Tuesday 11/20/18 but then I found-out from the person who answer the hone that Glenn was in the office. I then went down to he dealership around 2:30Pm and was told that Glenn just left and would be away for the rest of the week. 6. I finally ask to speak to Glenn manager and was able to speak to a woman (could not remember her name) who says that she is Glenn supervisor. I finally explain the situation to her and she promise to have my car ready for the next day (Wedneday 11/21)a 10Am 7. Wednesday morning I was at the dealership at 10Am and to my surprise Glenn was there (the previous day I was told that he was gone for the rest of the week). Glenn then told me that the car is not ready and would be at least n hour. I then explain to him that his supervisor promise me that it will be ready at 10Am My conclusion is that Good customer services is not Mercedes Benz of Paramus priority More

Worst service ever It was very hard to get someone to answer the phone. When left a message, there was no return call. Service appointment had to be scheduled two week It was very hard to get someone to answer the phone. When left a message, there was no return call. Service appointment had to be scheduled two weeks later than the date I would like because of loaner car availability. But when I checked in I was told that I had not asked for a loaner car. What a surprise! The car was brought in for service on November 12. Finally someone did answer my phone call around 4:30 pm on November 21 and was told that the car was ready for pickup. Certainly the overall experience was very different than a year ago. More

since the new ownership the entire dealership has gone downh Staff is unfriendly, unresponsive and rude. In other words if it wasent for may salesman Ted. F. I would move to Benzel Bush. Waiting and waiting after 15 minutes my car was not out yet. When I approached someone asked why my car is taking forever turned out that no one was taking out my car. Ridiculous. Very bad. More

Not what the service used to be I had scheduled my A2 service only to find out there were no loaner cars available. That has never happened in all the years I have been going to the I had scheduled my A2 service only to find out there were no loaner cars available. That has never happened in all the years I have been going to the dealership. When I picked the car up, it was chaos - there was no one at the desk and customers waiting all over the place. The person I dealt with for the repairs (he only called me to tell me what needed to be done to the car) didn't explain anything that was done to the car while it was there for service. I was told I needed 2 tires (which I refused) but he didn't even bother to tell me how long I could go before replacing them. His only concern was me filling out the survey and giving him a good score. I had to call three times to find out when my car would be ready - the first two times I called no one answered and I got a voice mail. I am really disappointed with the service that I received and may consider another dealership for my next service. More
