Service I like being able to pull up and someone is there to assist you. Good service but too expensive I really do like the people at Prestige but the cost to service and repair my two MBs is just too much. The $149 diagnostic fee should be waived if I I really do like the people at Prestige but the cost to service and repair my two MBs is just too much. The $149 diagnostic fee should be waived if I get my car repaired. I spent $1,600 getting my daughter's car fixed. Almost $400 was to replace her key which, I believe, was not broken when we brought it in (I also think the price quoted was around $300). I have owned or leased 5 different MBs in the past 20 years. I love the cars, like Prestige, but I will continue to have them serviced by my own trusted mechanic when I can. More

Recall and Yearly service Service was scheduled very efficiently considering I not only received the recall notification but I also wanted to receive the second yearly service Service was scheduled very efficiently considering I not only received the recall notification but I also wanted to receive the second yearly service which was due at the end of the month. I was offered a loaner, which I didn’t use because I decided to wait for the car. The total service was completed in less than 3 hours and the car was delivered to me totally washed and in perfect condition. I have always been very pleased with Prestige services. More
