I am disappointed with the communication regarding my 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500. The van has an intermittent but serious vibration and rumbling problem during acceleration at highway speeds. Because it does not happen constantly, it has been difficult for the dealership to duplicate, but I have provided videos showing the problem and have brought the vehicle in several times. During the most recent visit, I was told to take the van home and that I would be contacted regarding the next steps. The vibration happened again during our latest road trip, and I immediately sent another video to the service advisor. Unfortunately, I still have not received a clear response or plan of action. My warranty may expire on August 9, which makes the lack of communication especially concerning. I am not asking the dealership to guess at the repair. I am asking service management to contact me, properly document the latest occurrence and coordinate a serious diagnostic road test with Mercedes-Benz USA. I will gladly update this review if management contacts me and provides a clear plan to diagnose and resolve the problem. More

I wish I could rate a 0. They will happily sell you a lemon. If you read any review, I hope it's this one. Do not do business with this dealership. I was told the car had no mechanical or electrical defects. Once it arrived, I immediately noticed that the third row seats did not operate. I contacted the salesman who told me that he personally tested the seats and that they worked fine. Service records indicate that the seats had malfunctioned while at this dealership prior to transport. Good luck ever getting in contact with a manager if you end up having issues with a car purchased here. If you think that you'll be OK with the limited warranty, let me also tell you this the warranty company will happily tell you that issues are eligible for warranty repair but only after you get a diagnosis will they then claim that the repair is no longer eligible. Additionally, the vehicle arrived with no title. I reached out again to the dealership asking for the paper title, which, according to Florida DMV was paper I was told that the title would be electronically transferred after spending two hours in DMV. I was told that that was not the case, and that the dealership should have acquired the paper title for transfer. The tactics are shameful and their customer service is appalling. Save your money and go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle. More
