I purchased the vehicle from your dealership and signed all paperwork at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando on November 26. The vehicle was not delivered to my home until December 2, and to date, I have not re all paperwork at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando on November 26. The vehicle was not delivered to my home until December 2, and to date, I have not received any copies of the signed documents. Prior to your finance team completing the paperwork, I provided Mr. Carlos Montenegro with my current active license plate and requested that it be transferred. However, when the vehicle arrived, it only had a temporary plate. I have repeatedly asked Mr. Carlos to complete the plate transfer, but this has not yet been done. I was initially told by Mr. Carlos that the vehicle was in good condition and that an oil change had just been completed. However, last Friday the dashboard displayed a low engine oil warning (see attached photo). I contacted Mr. Carlos immediately and sent him the photo. When I called him again this morning, I was told I would need to bring the vehicle back to South Florida for inspection. This is not feasible, as I live in Orlando. I was also told that I could not take the vehicle to an AutoNation location in Orlando for inspection, which I believe is unreasonable. I previously purchased a Porsche Panamera from AutoNation and had an excellent experience, which is why I chose to return for a second purchase. Unfortunately, this experience has been entirely the opposite and extremely disappointing. More
