Ok just to be clear I would not shop at this dealer if it was not for my sales rep Pender. Pender is always helpful, patient, and willing to educate on the vehicle. Pender is always working to make sure the Managers listen to what I want and understand I am not an uneducated car shopper. My interactions with some older managers here have always been bad, the managers are arrogant and conceded. My biggest issue on this visit was that I arrived at about 10 am and left at 4 pm. That is way too long to get the financing done. More

What's going on? ? Dropped the car off for a 7AM service appointment. Two days later, despite email inquires sent, voicemails, and two messages left for the service ? What a disappointment. Perhaps KIA or Hyundai may provide better level of service than MB. I'm starting to think that I may be nuts for expecting to get an update after leaving my car there for two whole days. Unbelievable!!!! Although this is my 3rd MB, I will certainly reconsider another make just to avoid this type of unnecessary headache. Perhaps this is an AutoNation issue? p.s.: I really don't like to leave this type of negative message for a business but since I'm being put on hold for so long and continued to be avoided, I am putting my time to better use.
