What's going on? ? Dropped the car off for a 7AM service appointment. Two days later, despite email inquires sent, voicemails, and two messages left for the service ? Dropped the car off for a 7AM service appointment. Two days later, despite email inquires sent, voicemails, and two messages left for the service manager requesting call back, I am still waiting. What a disappointment. Perhaps KIA or Hyundai may provide better level of service than MB. I'm starting to think that I may be nuts for expecting to get an update after leaving my car there for two whole days. Unbelievable!!!! Although this is my 3rd MB, I will certainly reconsider another make just to avoid this type of unnecessary headache. Perhaps this is an AutoNation issue? p.s.: I really don't like to leave this type of negative message for a business but since I'm being put on hold for so long and continued to be avoided, I am putting my time to better use. More
